Make Your Custom bags Step By Step
1. Identifying Your bag Idea
Whether we are working from a sketch or directly using a bag sample, or just discussing your ideas, we will be working patiently with you to comprehend your exact bag details. Our bag design team will make the design based on your bag details. It will be including the size details, the main structures, the material , the colors.
It could be CAD, Coreldraw or Photoshop designs.
2. Making the Bag paper pattern
After the bag details are clear, and it needs to make the bag sample. The sample Engineer will make the bag paper pattern based on all the details talked including size, material, color, structure and craftsmanship etc.
All the custom bag details are marked in the paper pattern, it,s the detailed drawing for the bag manufacturing.
3. Purchsing the bag material & Preparing the customzied bag logos
For most of the bag sample material, there is stock. We will go to different materiar supplier to choose the right material.
For the custom bags, the bespoke logos will be prepared at the same time such as silk prining logo, embroidery logo, woven label, or hardware etc.
4. Cutting material and Sewing the bags
When all the material is prepared, the sample Engineer will cut the material by labor, and sewing the custom bag samples.
5. Custom bag Manufacturing and Packaging
Purchasing the mass production material, cutting material, sewing it.
Checking each custom bags one by one, and then package it.
