How Bags Are Made?
The factory is located in DongGuan (It,s called world factory), China. It could makes 50000pcs backpack, 100000pcs pu fashion bags or 1000000pcs tote bags each month. Based on the long history factory and experienced Team, our bag production is intended for the premium end of the cosmetic, brand retail, and other bag needs. The bag manufacturing comprises a number of stages. They includes material ordering, checking and cutting material, silk printing material(or other ways), sewing, quality control and checking, packaging. All the bags has the similar steps to be made.
Full Capacity in our Bag Manufacturing
When Bjarne is full capacity in bag manufacturing, it could make about 50K pcs backpack, 100K pcs pu fashion bag, or 1000K pcs shopping tote bag. And the workers quantity could reach 150 in maximum. It has more than 1000+ stock stytles to choose.
How to Make Bags Step by Step?
1. Material for manufacturing bags
For bags, the outer main material is nylon, polyester, canvas, Jute, pu leather, RPET, Felt. The other mateiral contains zipper, buckles, webbing, labels, hangtag, package bag, cartons etc. The Bjarne factory is just 6km far away from the material market.
2. Cutting Process for making bags
Normally for most of the bags, it,s cutted by Iron cutting mould. For pu leather bags, it,s normally cutting by stainless steel cutting mould. A few material is cutting by laser.
3. Labeling for the bags
After cutting the material, then it will be arranged to make silk printing, embroidery or woven label or stamping etc.
4. Preparing other mateiral
Such as cutting the zipper and webbing as required length, assemble the zipper pull on the zipper. For pu bags, folding the edge or painting edge.
5. Sewing bags on production line
The bags will be divided into each procedure, then each worker will do one procedure. Different machines will be used.
6. Checking bag quality
During sewing bag, the QC will check each sewing at any time to ensure all the sewing is qualified. And before the final sewing, the main parts will be checked. After bags finished, each bag will be checked. And the defected bags will be fixed.
7. Packaging bags
Bags will be packaged as your requirements. No matter putting paper inside, hang the tag, paste the sticker or folding the bag. All details will be as required. Then putting inside of the carton, and taking picutures for you.
