For any new clients, the sample cost will be charged, but it will be returned back when put orders. For long cooperated clients, we will not charge any sample cost.
If you have the express account, we could directly use your express acount. If not, we will arrange the shipment to your appointed place by DHL, UPS, Fedex etc.
If it,s totally made as your sketch or idea, provide the details. Then we will help draw the artwork. If the stock stytles could be accepted, we will help choose the stytles from the stock stytles. And if the bags need the customized logo, please provide the logo picture or design. We will make the 1:1 design for you to confirm.
We will provide the material details such as quality, function, cost. And then you could decided which bag material will be choosed.
Normally the bag sample time is 7 days. For urgent sample such as simple tote bag, it could be within 1 day.
